User Experience Design Principles for Marketing Websites

User experience directly affects conversion rates. A website that is easy to use, fast to load, and clear in its messaging converts more visitors into leads and customers.

Clarity over creativity: users come to your website with a specific need. Help them accomplish their goal quickly. Creative design that confuses navigation or obscures the value proposition hurts conversions.
