Baytown Pediatrics, Texas: Logo and Social Media Design for a Pediatric Clinic

What the work had to do

A pediatric clinic speaks to parents who are looking for someone they can trust with their child. The identity and posts needed to feel gentle and professional at the same time, and the posts needed to give useful topics, such as vaccines, check-ups and nutrition, a friendly voice. This page describes the design only and makes no health claims.

The identity

The logo sets the name BAYTOWN in green capitals with PEDIATRICS beneath and a small stethoscope-and-leaf mark, with the line Compassionate Pediatric Care. The board shows it as a short mark (BAU), on rounded green panels, business cards and a phone screen, with the green colour codes and the typeface Proxima Nova Alt. The rounded tiles echo the soft shapes used on the posts.

The social posts

The five posts share a bright green and white layout with curved, organic edges and faint medical crosses. Each places a photograph of a child with an adult inside a soft shape, with a headline in a highlighted box: "Superhero shots: powering up with vaccinations", "Supporting every child", "Wellness exams: a holistic approach", "Tiny tastes, big growth: expert nutrition for kids" and "Guiding little hearts".

The footer is the same on every post and gives the practical details: the line Helping Kids Fly Into Adulthood, the clinic's phone number and its website address. A parent who sees any one post can call or visit the site straight away.
